CLIENT CHALLENGES

  • Interface Behind the Brand – The site's dated design undercut a firm with 15+ years of partner experience — layout, typography, and structure failed to reflect the team's actual seniority.

  • Consultation Form That Lost Leads – The booking form sat two clicks deep in navigation, carried redundant fields, and gave users no signal that submission was worthwhile.

  • Broken Links Throughout the Site – Dead links across service pages, knowledge base articles, and internal navigation created dead ends that eroded visitor trust.

  • Content Without a System – Blog articles, podcast episodes, and YouTube materials occupied three disconnected sections — no cross-links, no shared taxonomy, no discovery path between formats.

  • CMS That Required a Developer – Every routine update — a new team member, a published post, an edited service description — required technical intervention from outside the firm.

OUR SOLUTION

  • Custom Theme from Brand Identity — NZ Law by DigiWay

    Custom Theme from Brand Identity

    • Built a WordPress theme from scratch using the firm's existing color palette, removing template constraints on structure and typography.
    • Designed dedicated page templates for each content type: practice areas, team profiles, knowledge base entries, and podcast episodes each use a layout optimized for their purpose.
  • Redesigned Booking Flow — NZ Law by DigiWay

    Redesigned Booking Flow

    • Moved the consultation form to the homepage hero section and added a persistent booking CTA to the global navigation — accessible from every page without additional clicks.
    • Reduced form fields to the minimum required for initial contact, eliminating the friction that stopped visitors from completing a submission.
  • Unified Content Hub — NZ Law by DigiWay

    Unified Content Hub

    • Built a content system using WordPress custom post types so blog articles, podcast episodes, and YouTube materials share a unified taxonomy and cross-reference automatically.
    • Each format has its own archive page and single-entry template, so the editorial team publishes once and the site surfaces related content across all sections.
  • Editor-Ready Admin Panel — NZ Law by DigiWay

    Editor-Ready Admin Panel

    • Configured ACF custom fields across all editable areas — team profiles, service pages, office locations, and the contact form — so staff update content through labeled input fields, not code.
    • Separated the editorial interface from technical settings, giving the team full control over content without risk of breaking site structure.

SCALABILITY

The custom post type architecture allows NZ Law to add new content formats — webinar series, newsletter archives, or event listings — without structural changes to the site. New practice areas follow the existing page template system. The ACF-based admin panel extends to any new section by replicating the existing field group pattern.

RESULTS

  • Staff now publish blog posts, podcast episodes, and team updates independently — no developer required for routine content management.

  • The consultation form is reachable from every page on the site, removing the navigation barrier that previously blocked lead submissions.

  • Blog, podcast, and YouTube content operates as a single connected system with cross-links between formats — visitors move between content types without hitting dead ends.

  • All internal links across service pages, team profiles, and the knowledge base resolve correctly, eliminating broken navigation throughout the site.

  • The site now reflects the firm's actual standing: 14 specialists across 3 offices in Warsaw, Kielce, and Kraków, with a visual standard consistent with the team's seniority.
