1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the website:

The Controller makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data and to process it in accordance with applicable laws, in particular:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”),
  • The Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

The Data Controller within the meaning of the GDPR is DIGIWAY-MEDIA Sp. z o.o.

3. Scope of Processed Data

The Controller may process the following personal data voluntarily provided by Users:

  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • content of the message sent via the contact form.

In addition, while using the website, certain data may be collected automatically, including:

  • browser data,
  • analytical data.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

a) Contact with the User
To respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form
(Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)

b) Provision of IT outsourcing services
To prepare offers and deliver services in accordance with the User’s request
(Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

c) Analytics and the Controller’s own marketing
To conduct statistics, analyze traffic, and perform marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data may be shared only with entities cooperating with the Controller to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above, in particular:

  • hosting service providers (located within the European Economic Area),
  • providers of analytical and advertising tools (Google, Meta/Facebook), in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data is processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, namely:

  • for the duration of correspondence and handling of the User’s inquiry,
  • thereafter for the period required to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims,
  • in the case of data processed based on consent — until such consent is withdrawn.

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

The User has the right to:

  • rectify (correct) data,
  • request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent).
