Mega Booking: Online Booking Platform for Commercial Properties
An online booking platform for warehouse and office spaces built for the German market. We developed an MVP — a working version where a property can be booked in just three steps. The architecture was designed with scalability in mind, allowing future CRM integration and system expansion without rebuilding the platform.

- Designed the architecture from scratch: data structure, object logic, and filtering by cities, property sizes, and rental conditions.
- Prepared the system for future CRM integration in advance, ensuring that future expansion would not require rebuilding the platform.
- The initial MVP scope was planned to be simpler. During development, it became clear that the catalog could not function properly without flexible rental logic, so the structure was extended to support both short-term and long-term rentals.

Interface and Booking Flow
- Built a minimalist interface that keeps users focused and avoids overwhelming them with unnecessary information.
- Reduced the booking process to three steps: property selection, date selection, and contact details. Everything unnecessary was removed.
- The flow was designed so users can complete the request intuitively, without instructions or hesitation.

Dynamic Calculations and React Frontend
- Implemented dynamic availability calculations: users see only actually available properties and current rental conditions.
- Built the frontend with React, enabling instant calculations and dynamic data loading.
- The platform works like a modern web application, without page reloads or waiting times.

Project Specifics
- The scope of tasks expanded during development. The simple MVP initially planned required additional improvements, especially in the logic for displaying properties with flexible rental conditions.
- Data states had to be precisely synchronized between the frontend and the server. Otherwise, availability and calculations could become inaccurate.
- The system processes sensitive customer data, so security and reliability were built into the platform from the very beginning.

SCALABILITY
The client received a fully functional booking platform, not just a prototype for demonstration purposes. The MVP already fulfills its main role: users can select a property, check availability, and submit a request. However, the main value lies not in the current feature set, but in the architecture behind it. The platform was designed so that CRM integration, automatic contract generation, and online payments can be added as extensions rather than requiring a complete rebuild.
