CLIENT CHALLENGES
-
Manual booking via messengers – Appointments were confirmed through direct messages — each booking required back-and-forth, consuming time the studio couldn't spare at launch.
-
No central information hub – Clients repeatedly asked the same pre-service questions. Without a single public source, the owner answered every inquiry individually.
-
Zero content at launch – The studio started without photos or copy. Prior workplace restrictions blocked use of existing visuals, leaving the site with nothing to communicate from.
-
Opaque pricing structure – Potential clients couldn't determine what drove price differences across services, creating hesitation before booking.
-
No brand identity – The business launched with a name and a rough logo concept — no color palette, typography, or visual direction existed.
-
No scalable site architecture – The site needed to support team growth and new service lines without requiring a structural rebuild.
OUR SOLUTION
-
Altegio Booking Integration
- Embedded a customized Altegio widget into the site, letting clients select a service, date, and time without calling or messaging.
- Localized the full booking flow into 3 languages (Polish, Russian, English), removing friction for Warsaw's international client base.
- Structured the landing page as an expandable foundation — new pages, services, and team profiles can be added as modules without altering the core architecture.
-
Inclusive AI Visual Library
- Generated 30+ photorealistic AI images representing a full spectrum of clients: people with vitiligo, freckles, different nationalities, transgender individuals, and varied gender expressions.
- Positioned the studio visually as a safe, welcoming space — images launched directly into ad campaigns, eliminating the need for a photo shoot at go-live.
- Wrote all copy from scratch: service descriptions, pricing explanations, qualification blocks, and trust-building content.
-
Content Architecture & Pricing Clarity
- Structured every content block around the client's decision path — each section answers a specific objection before it's raised.
- Presented pricing with transparent factor breakdowns, reducing repeat inquiries about cost.
- Formatted qualification, certification, and specialization data for fast scanning and immediate credibility.
-
Brand Identity & CMS Handover
- Developed full visual identity from scratch: typography system, color palette, visual communication principles, and brand usage guidelines.
- Delivered a social media starter kit — LinkedIn and Facebook covers plus a PDF asset library ready for marketing use.
- Configured WordPress so the owner can independently update services, prices, and content without developer involvement.
SCALABILITY
The site architecture supports expansion without a rebuild. New service categories, team members, and languages plug in as modules. The brand system and AI visual library extend directly into social and paid campaigns as the business grows. A future CRM connection or marketing automation layer can be added without structural changes to the existing stack.
RESULTS
-
Clients book any service in 3 languages independently — no calls, no back-and-forth messages required.
-
30+ inclusive AI visuals launched simultaneously on the website and in ad campaigns, removing the photo shoot bottleneck at launch.
-
The studio owner updates services, prices, and content without developer involvement — full operational independence from day one.
-
Studio Gladkosci entered the Warsaw market with a complete digital package: brand identity, booking infrastructure, visual library, and site architecture — all delivered in 6 weeks.
