CLIENT CHALLENGES

  • No Centralized Sales Channel — The client personally answered every pre-sale question; no platform existed to present the offer and convert buyers independently.

  • Unstructured Product Presentation — Guide content was not organized into a purchase-driving flow, making it difficult for users to assess value and commit.

  • Trust Gap for a Sensitive Topic — Business formation and government grants require credibility. The client needed expert positioning, not a generic info-product look.

  • No Author Platform — The guide relied on the author's personal expertise, but there was no professional online presence to validate that expertise at scale.

OUR SOLUTION

  • Content Architecture — Vimono by DigiWay

    Content Architecture

    • Restructured all guide information into a single top-to-bottom flow: problem → value → proof → purchase decision.
    • Built the page to eliminate direct client involvement by covering every recurring buyer question within the content itself.
  • Stripe Payment Layer — Vimono by DigiWay

    Stripe Payment Layer

    • Integrated Stripe checkout directly into the landing page — users complete purchase without leaving the site or contacting the client.
    • Wove the author's credentials and background into the page structure at the points where credibility matters most.
    • Replaced manual invoicing and direct communication with an end-to-end automated transaction flow.
  • Trust-First Design — Vimono by DigiWay

    Trust-First Design

    • Developed a calm, structured visual identity that signals expertise and distances the product from high-pressure info-product aesthetics.
    • Used layout hierarchy and measured typography to keep user focus on content rather than sales mechanics.
    • Balanced personal story with professional positioning so the author's expertise reinforces the product rather than overshadowing it.

SCALABILITY

The platform supports direct expansion: additional guides or digital products can be added as new pages or a Stripe product catalog. The WordPress CMS gives the client full control over pricing, content updates, and new sections without developer involvement. Future integrations with email marketing tools or a CRM are straightforward additions to the existing architecture.

RESULTS

  • Sales launched immediately after go-live — the landing page began converting visitors into buyers from day one.

  • Client eliminated all recurring pre-sale communication — buyers get answers and complete purchases autonomously.

  • Full purchase flow automated: from first visit to payment confirmation, no client involvement required.

  • Delivered in 3 weeks — from project kickoff to a live, fully operational platform with admin documentation.

  • The client now runs a scalable digital sales channel for the guide with no ongoing development dependency.
