Yes. We set up regular backups.
How are updates handled?
First tested in a staging environment, then carefully deployed to production with no downtime.

Yes. Most of our support clients are online stores, where availability is critical and downtime can cause financial and reputational losses.
Do you need access to the server and domain?
Preferably yes. This allows us to resolve critical issues faster without additional requests to hosting or domain support.
