I came into business from development. An engineering degree, a master’s in IT in Warsaw, and my early years spent on websites I coded myself. That’s where I picked up the habit of breaking a problem down to its technical core and relying on data rather than gut feeling.
Then it became clear that on your own you hit a ceiling — and that’s how DigiWay came about. For a long time my area was delivery: the technical department, development processes, deadlines, and quality. It’s still my strong suit — I know the product from the inside, not just from the sales side.
Today I hold the position of CEO and am responsible for the company as a whole: strategy, finances, the team, and client relationships.
A separate topic close to my heart is women in business. I’ve run events where company owners came together to support each other and grow together. DigiWay is a women-owned company, and in 2026 we made the Clutch top list among e-commerce developers in that category.
I write about what I’ve been through myself.
