What’s included in technical support?

Depending on the plan: core, plugin, and PHP updates, backups, minor edits, site testing, analytics and CRO, and priority handling. See each plan for details.

How fast do you respond?

Support clients are prioritized. First reply within 1 hour; minor edits within 24 hours. One-off work outside a plan is handled in the general queue.

What counts as a “minor edit”?

Text or image updates, contact changes, adding a block, form setup — anything up to ~2 hours. Larger tasks are scoped separately.

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime. Upgrade immediately. Downgrade from the next billing period.

Do you only support DigiWay-built sites?

No. We also support sites built by other agencies — after a technical audit. We need a stable starting point because we’re responsible for the site once support begins.

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Extra hours are billed at your plan rate (lower than one-off work). Without a plan, one-off work starts at €25/hour. Everything is logged in reports — no surprise charges.

How will I know what’s being done?

Weekly short updates. Monthly full reports: completed work, recommendations, and site performance.

Is there a contract?

Yes, always. Contracts under Polish and EU law with clear scope, timelines, and pricing.

Which languages do you support?

Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or English — plus documentation and reports in your preferred language.

How do I cancel?

Give us one month’s notice before the billing period ends. We’ll finish active tasks, hand over access, and close everything cleanly. No penalties.
