I started my career within Google, in the Google Ads department. That’s where I learned the most important lesson: understanding what businesses truly need and building solutions that deliver results.
Today at DigiWay, I lead marketing, sales, and HR. At the same time, I continue gaining hands-on experience in technology implementation, helping businesses and startups grow in the European market.
Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with clients from 15+ countries, closed deals worth over PLN 100,000, and became a certified EBRD partner. I write about the challenges and experience I’ve gone through myself.
